We purchased this Nissan XTrail in may, and have used it to explore Chile and ski the volcanoes of the south for the last 5 months. It drives very well and has never let us down, we loved our time travelling in it. It is not camperized, but we’ve slept in the back of it a few times. It is spacious and can easily be camperized or a rooftop tent could be added.

While we've owned it, we replaced the alternator bearings and done its regular oil changes, air filter changes, etc.. Comes with a good set of chains if you want to keep it through the winter. M+S tires were new last year, purchased by the previous owner, still in good shape.
